Who We Are

Connektiv is a hands-on technical team that writes code, configures servers, debugs integrations, and owns the entire stack. We do not manage offshore teams or hand off implementation to juniors. When you work with Connektiv, you work directly with experienced engineers who build your solution.

We have spent over 20 years building clinical workflow systems, EHR integrations, patient portals, and secure infrastructure for healthcare organizations. We understand HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, regulatory compliance, and the operational realities of running critical systems in production.

We also work with non-healthcare clients who need full-stack engineering, AI automation, systems integration, or infrastructure modernization. The common thread: we help organizations turn messy, real-world problems into working systems that are secure, maintainable, and reliable.

Our approach is practical, not theoretical. We prioritize working software over documentation theater. We default to boring, proven technology over hype. We build systems that you can understand, operate, and extend without being locked into our involvement forever.

20+ years building clinical systems, EHR integrations (HL7/FHIR), patient portals, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. We have worked with Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, and dozens of smaller EMRs. We understand healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and the constraints of legacy systems.

Full-Stack Engineering

React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes. We build production web applications with modern frameworks, then deploy and operate them reliably. We also work with legacy stacks (PHP, .NET, Java) when necessary to integrate or modernize existing systems.

Infrastructure & Operations

Linux systems administration, Proxmox virtualization, Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting, backup automation, and disaster recovery. We prefer self-hosting and hybrid cloud over vendor lock-in. We own the uptime and operational health of the systems we build.
